Vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused balance carries over between stays. Secure payment by Stripe, with Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected. Read the full gift voucher terms and conditions.

Where can it be used?

Any home on shortstaystandrews.co.uk or eastfifeholidayhomes.co.uk, booked direct with us — by phone, email or the website.

How does the recipient use it?

They quote the code when they book, or add it in the booking notes. We take the value off the booking. If the stay costs more they pay the difference; if less, the rest stays on the code.

Can I choose when it arrives?

Yes — pick a date and it lands at 8am that morning. Leave it blank and it goes now. You get a copy either way.

Can I get a refund?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, but they are valid for 12 months from purchase and any unused balance stays on the code for another stay. Your statutory rights are not affected. See our gift voucher terms and conditions for full details.
